1. Who provides Zema

Zema is owned and operated by Noah Tech LLC. By using Zema you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the app

Provide accurate information and use Zema only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.

3. Content

Music, audiobooks, films and shows on Zema are licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming. You may not copy, record, download outside the app or redistribute any content.

4. Premium and payments

Paid plans, where offered, are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For billing questions, contact support.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for reporting any unauthorised access straight away.

6. Prohibited activities

Do not use Zema for spam, fraud, piracy, illegal activity, or anything that harms the service or other users.

7. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy/.

8. Service availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Content can change or be removed when licences change.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use Zema means you accept the updated terms.
